This plateau of 34 cm * 40 permits the cultivation of wheat grass or barley. It also allows the cultivation of seeds germinated in large quantities at once for specific needs (food, special occasions ...). This tray can also be used to support 10 small plates and thus facilitate their handling.

To enable optimal rotation, the ideal is to have at least two plates in winter and three chainrings in the summer.
